Sandy Lulay : I agree with scrapsoflife- this is a great hook. Very visual and I enjoyed the way you show us the angels in that they seem real. I'd say you wrote a very clever prolouge! (21-Sep-07)

scrapsoflife : First, I like the playing with the angel archetype. The idea of an angel with a gold tooth and a foul mouth is just subversive enough. Second, the Prologue makes the reader ask a lot of questions (What is a sleeper? Who are these other factions? What's the significance of a stricken name?) that will make the rest of the story a bit of an informational scavenger hunt. Looking forward to reading more. (05-Sep-07)
