I've been told that the imagery & methaphor interfer with understanding what is happening in this story.I think if it's read carefully it's clear, but would appreciate your thoughts.Once you "see" it, all becomes clear.As with most things, I suppose.

scrapsoflife : I read this months ago but could not bring myself to comment on it before. For my own reasons it was very apparent even from the title and genre description what it would be about. You did a terrifyingly good job on this one but I definitely won't be re-reading it any time too soon. (23-Mar-07)

Mercy Manic : This is a very disturbig piece. The heavy use of vivid and pretty metaphor obscuring a horrible event. Expect to get more flack than praise for this one. Most people will hate working hard to gain an understanding that makes them flinch. That doesn't mean it isn't good. just that it won't be popular. "Jack@$$: The Movie" was popular. What does that say about taste...? *wry grin* (20-Oct-06)
